We offer casual drop in classes for those wanting to see what we have on offer, as well as class packs & membership options to suit your specific needs

Our Free 3 Day Trial is for local residents of the Northern Rivers. It goes for 3 consecutive days. During the trial, you are able to try out our B3 Classes, as well as get 24/7 access to the Gym during the trial days. To find out if you qualify for a free trial, please come in to see us at Reception, along with proof of residency. Please note, there is a $20 refundable deposit required for the Key Fob to use during your trial.

We offer a range of membership options to suit every need. We have direct debit options, upfront memberships, holiday passes, and casual class passes. You can view all options on the memberships page.

The Studio is a separate entrance, before you enter the main gym space. It is in the same building. We are located in the heart of Brunswick Heads.
