Expect strategic pacing, purposeful intensity, and intelligent programming designed to challenge your engine as well as improve muscle growth.

This class starts with a tailored breath work session and contrast therapy, priming you for optimal upper-body strength gains. Breath work enhances your focus and oxygen delivery to muscles, while contrast therapy improves circulation and reduces muscle soreness.

Opportunity to experience our blend of strength and condition in our full body B3 Social Session. Train with your mates in pairs or small groups, working together to achieve more while building a strong sense of community. This class is structured to start with a 45-minute on the gym, followed by a 30-minute Breath & Bath experience. Arrive ready to train and don’t forget your swimmers for the Breath & Bath designed to boost recovery, reduce stress, and improve circulation.
