FAQs

  • Yes! We offer casual drop in classes as well as class packs & membership options to suit your specific needs.

  • Absoulety, We would love for our locals to experience a B3 class on us.

  • We’re so excited to give parents an opportunity to train at the 9:30am Class Monday - Friday we have the option for you to pop your little ones in the corner of the gym. This is not a creche - it’s a hands off, eyes on approach. You are responsible for your kid the whole time - our staff will be focused on the class.

  • Stay tuned, we’re working behind the scenes to bring more options soon.

  • Towel, shoes, swimmers

  • Come meet our trainers and chat about your injuries and possibilities - it’s important you’ve been cleared for exercise by a medical professional and we might ask for this for our records.

  • For any issues with your account, please email hello@b3.fitness to help you resolve your issue. Please note, we receive a range of emails on the daily, but we will always endeavour to answer your questions promptly and help resolve your issues as best we can during office hours. For any urgent enquiries, please call us at reception so we can help you out. If you can’t get through, a follow up email to the above email is always the best way to notify management on your queries.

  • Yes, we call this time "open gym" and it is available from:

    • 10:30am-4pm Monday - Friday

    • 10am -5pm Saturday 

    • 10am - 4pm Sunday

  • All of the above. Each class is designed for all levels and be adapted to cater for anyone. If you’re training for an event, let us know, we can work with you to enhance your training. If you’re just starting or not feeling “fit enough” tell us - we’re here to help you make gradual progress each session.

  • You will have access to an app (team builder) that delivers the written program you missed so you can do it in your own time in the open gym

    • Guests $40 Recovery

    • Member $30 Recovery

    • Guests B3 Classes $35 per class 

    • Guests Yoga and Pilates Classes $25 per class

  • Yes, you can pause for 30 days for free per calendar year, after this it will be an $8 per week charge. To pause your membership we need it in writing with dates - please email hello@b3.fitness
