Pilates Strength
A dynamic and challenging workout that focuses on isolating and toning individual muscles through precise movements and correct alignment. With an emphasis on controlled breathing, improving strength, flexibility, and balance while promoting injury prevention and endurance. This class is suitable for beginners or athletes

A dynamic, full-body class linking movements into continuous sequences. Moderate to faster tempo, with transitions forming part of the workout to build strength, coordination, and flow. This class is suitable for beginners or athletes

YOGA
Vinyasa
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice where poses are linked with rhythmic breath in a playful, flowing sequence creating an energising meditation. Focusing on mindfulness, strength, flexibility & wellbeing on all levels there is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary depending on the teacher. Open to all levels.
Hatha Flow
Hatha yoga is a gentle, slow-paced practice to strengthen and stretch the body, with a special focus on the connection between the body, your breath and your core energy system. The aim is to still the chattering mind, bringing awareness to more subtle levels of consciousness. You will leave feeling nourished, energised and reconnected.
Slow Flow
A gentle practice following the method of yin and yang. Start with some gentle fluid movements close to the floor to loosen up any rigidity from your day. Closing the practice with some longer-held gentle postures to release deep layers of tension. A great place to start if you're newer to yoga. All levels are welcome, including pre-and post-natal.
Stretch and Restore (Yin)
A deeply nourishing practice, combining a mix of gentle movement, yin and restorative poses, (supported by props). Designed to release tension, massage the fascia/connective tissue, open the body and calm the mind.
Strength Flow
A dynamic style of yoga that allows us to connect our breath with our movement creating an almost trance-like state. This technique is a wonderful way to use movement as a meditation if sitting to meditate doesn't appeal to you. A range of levels will be offered to suit your needs. All levels welcome, pregnancy safe.
Flexibility
Exploring your range of movement and mobility in active stretches and beginner yoga poses, this class is designed to gently increase your flexibility. Each class builds on a series of simple poses and stretches so you can identify where you need to improve your range of motion.
