BUILD BREATH BATH


By separating your progressive strength program and conditioning sessions, you can maximise your results. Our timetable offers you the flexibility to create your ideal schedule.

Strength

For strength, track your progress with sets and reps in our strength sessions. For improved endurance, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness, try conditioning classes. Each class is designed to improve your mood and leave you feeling better than when you arrived. With consistent training and a balanced diet, you’ll see improvements before you know it.
Duration 1 hour & 15 minutes: 30 minutes BREATH & BATH then 45 minutes BUILD.
Remember your swim stuff & a towel.

Conditioning

Build strength, muscular endurance, mobility, and confidence through targeted upper and lower-body movements. Each class begins with tailored breath work and contrast therapy to prime your body for optimal strength gains. Breath work enhances focus and oxygen delivery to muscles, while contrast therapy improves circulation and reduces muscle soreness, helping you build strength and mobility in both your upper and lower body.
Duration 1 hour & 15 minutes: 45 minutes BUILD, then 30 minutes BREATH & BATH.
Remember your swim stuff & a towel.

Breath work Classes & Contrast Therapy

Designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system - taking you out of fight or flight mode - our breathwork class will help you shift your mood and find deep relaxation. Whether you’re looking to be more present, slow down your racing thoughts or start the day feeling focused and positive.

Through a combination of targeted breath work techniques, you’ll practice calming your mind. The combination of breath work and contrast therapy has been scientifically provide to reduce stress, and increase emotional balance. The invigorating magnesium plunge pools, enhance recovery after a workout and rejuvenate your body whatever your mood.

We’ve designed this class as a safe space for when you’re not feeling yourself.
